managed to get on 'em sunday had a buddy boat run out beside us with his new rig. hit some great live bottom, as soon as we get out we both managed to anchor up perfect on the first drop 30 yards apart just perfect right? well one hour and 14 b-liners later my anchor line cuts off right above the chain!!! shi%% brand new reef anchor and ten foot of chain gone. so tied up to his stern drifted back 20 yards and continued to slay it, other than the anchor issue it was a great day, both boats with countless b-liners, a handfull of fat BSB, and a few triggers! with a few AJ’s and cudas thrown in

scaling the fish i dont always skin the filet , leaving the skin on for baking ads some nice flavor, spoons are great fish scalers
