So had my brother in town and his 8 year old step son. First time in 2 year I was able to fish with my brother and was his step sons first time offshore. We got a late start. Sat and debated weather to go or not then had a blow out on 26 on the way to remely pt. Repaired flat and said if I am going to die today I would rather being doing what I love to do out there. Took about an hour to find bait then pushed out to 110 feet in search of grouper. Water looked green and was the first time I never saw a flyer or turtle. We found marks and dropped down. Right away hooked up BSB. Then it was all shark for about the next 4 hours as we moved from spot to spot. We ended the day at 4:00 with a limit of BSB none smaller then 16 inches with the largest at 23, 4 pinkies, and 1 graysby grouper. Not a good fish day but was great to fish with my brother again and get an 8 year old out there for his first offshore experience.
