August Tournament Results

Altogether a tough day on Clark Hill, with the exception of the winning boat who had the only four fish weigh in. Well done Team Landlocked. You guys have it dialed in.

Team Landlocked now owns first place breaking the three way tie.

Please PM me if you see any issues with the data reported.

They sure do, Chipman… Congrats Team Landlocked! I’m impressed…Ya’ll bring it every month and intensely defending that Team of the Year title…

Team Shad Up & Fish

If you’ve had fun catching fish on the transom bait, you are welcome…

I’ve spent about 85% of my life’s wages on fishing, the rest I just wasted…

Thanks Woody and Joby! We took a big gamble as you all know. The upper end can be hero or zero and we were fortunate enough to get a few decent bites. I basically made the decision that if we were going to struggle like the rest of the anglers we may as well be doing the type of fishing we enjoy (PB FL)! The Hill has traditionally been a monkey we couldn’t shake but the last two years the monkey found someone else.

“My biggest worry is that my wife (when I’m dead) will sell my fishing gear for what I said I paid for it.”

Good job everyone especially the top finishers! Looks like it was a tough day on the Hill. That place can be brutal sending you home with your tail tucked between your legs laughing at you the whole way.

Congrats to Richy and Team Landlocked - you guys are on fire!
Clark’s Hill is feast or famine…you either run over them or you don’t. We found some stripers but they were too short…still, caught some good eating hybrids (under 21" unfortunately).

We had a lot of fun with the catfish! Caught blues, channels and the daymaker, a 25lb flathead. Was like pulling up a barn door with a tail.

See ya’ll at the next one.
