Maybe I just didn’t know. But tonite, fried some sheeps. Dipped in egg/milk, then sesfood breader, then sprinkled old bay. Dropped in hot grease for bout a minute. Was simple and delish!
just a tip my mom taught me when i learned to fry stuff. toss a little bit of the seasoning on the chicken right after it gets out of the fryer. soaks in or something but it’s tasty.
Every piece of tail you turn down is a piece of tail you didn’t get.
