Do mine on electric smoker but have done on grill. Google Ribs 3-2-1 method you won’t be disappointed. Will add a few photos of finished product later today.
After 3 hours I mix sweet chili sauce, sriracha, brown sugar, and honey. Paste the ribs 3 tbsp butter on top double wrap with foil back into smoker for 2 hours.

Those are some great looking ribs, thanks for your post, I like the crusty bits did you grill them at the end.

Mighty fine looking ribs. i do mine in my O’rion smoker. they fall off of the bone in an hour and a half. pull that smoker up on the internet. it is super. i can cook a 20lb turkey in it in 2hrs 20minutes. comes out nice and brown with a semi crisp outside skin. very moist. still; i do like the look of your ribs.
I’ve never been able to get my smoker to work on it’s side like that…
Nice looking ribs

Good looking ribs. Low and slow is the way to go.

They look spectacular. I am going to have to try that sauce next time I smoke some pork.
