I’m planning a buddy’s bachelor party in January. Will it be worth it to go out inshore at that time of year? If so, who is a reasonably priced guide that is reputable? I know there’s all sorts of guys on Google, but I’d rather have a recommendation from you guys.

I actually proposed to my wife at the end of January two years ago. Still plenty of good reds around and the trout bite is good. You will get multiple responses with reputable guides in the area, lots of guys to chose from. Let me know if I can do anything to help, would be happy to take you out.

Knot @ workout makes me lol since I’m friends with Robert and I am going to use that on him the next time I see him. Robert Olsen is probably the best all around fisherman in the Charleston Area. Book a bottom fishing trip with him and you will have more action that time of year than an inshore trip.
After being released, a lot of fish die, but a lot of them live also.
