Fished Sunday and after an hour felt I needed to go innn. The winds were high as heck but I stuck with & the spotty rain. Managed 6 trouts, 1 Red on pearl white grub. Back to the Hill at 11:30 for some football.
Yesterday (Wednesday) much different with calm winds and pushed to Goose Creek with 1 Red to count for throwing topwater, grubs and DOA’s. The morning was Lovely with gnats attacking.
Pulled up troller and back to Bushy Park with a 17" Trout on Root Beer DOA, then tried some MM and barely got the slam with a juvenile flounder but gave a nice strike as if it was promising.
