Didn’t make it last Sunday because of commitments. Made it out today around 2:00 because of tide and a few spot produced. I was testing my repairs but with the rods being on the boat decided to fish and caught a tagged fish as well as tagging an out slot Redfish. Great evening on the water.
Fought like heck to get this bigboy out the trees tagged and released

They were hitting that gulp shrimp with chartreuse tail. Slow retrieve and bumping it off the bottom and trying not to snag a limb. Hard work but pays off when you get hooked-up.

All of this was $21 at Palmetto State Armory (Summerville) in the 40% off bin. Not my normal colors but there are plenty left.
The packs with the Chinese characters are the old packs. These hold up better than the new white packs without the Chinese characters. The new ones rip too easy. Also the packs are cheaper than the tubs.
Was able to sneak a late lunch last Thursday and caught the last hour of tide going out (wish I could have been there earlier!). 80* in the sun. 26" 7lb. Been 3 weeks since I have caught a red!
