As long as your expectations are reasonible i think you will be pleasantly satisfied.

I eat AJ, but certainly wouldn’t put it on the level as fresh tuna or wahoo…but with a good knife and some creative cuts you will end up with many many pounds of fine eating off of one AJ.

I know some guys that make smoked AJ dip and give it out as Christmas gifts. People fight over that stuff.

I’ve got some people here at work that absolutely love them. If we catch one that isnt’ too big, we usually bring it back to them. Sells might do the same thing. I doubt with all that grouper and snapper he catches on a regular basis, that any reef donkey has touched his lips in a long time…
