Bad day fishing in the rain and GoPro video

Left the dock around 2 hoping the rain would have stopped… it didn’t. We got out to the cooper when we remembered that we left bait at the dock so we came back and fished in Beresford and caught one tiny red. Then we went back out to the cooper and fished there for a while and did a bit of exploring. We went up the cooper till we reached the entrance to Clouter Creek and we took Clouter up to Beresford and went home. Overall we did a loop around one of the islands where dredge is dumped and fished at various spots along the way but got skunked other than our puppy drum. The link for the video is below. I hope you like the Zac Brown Band.

Nice video and a good day on the water.

We had about the same experience in the Cooper, YH and Clouter yesterday. Couple of pups and small trout, although we were seeing fish everywhere.

Last Saturday, same places, all we caught were oversize Reds, from 24-30"s.

My son had a good size Blue Catfish on for a while. Got it to the boat and it came off. Probably 15#s.

Nice and flat, Wish I could make it out on a day like that. Keep up the videos
