Camera’s hidden somewhere stationary. I still feel like they may pay bums to do this or something. It’s hilarious, but even if it is stealing setting someone up for injury is still illegal.

Such a shame that hurting a thief is a crime isn’t it Ed. I wonder how much the crime rate would drop if third offense was having one hand chopped off?

In come cases yeah, but I guess our justice system has determined that stealing a crappy bike doesn’t warrant blunt force trauma. Either way, it cracks me up.
That video is great. There is another one where they put a taser in the bike seat and activate it with a remote. Great justice.
