For those that live in the Columbia area and closer to Ballantine/Chapin area, Lake Murray Hardware has shrimp poles and bait binder. Lake Murray Hardware is located just to the left of Food Lion and behind the Richland Library in Ballantine. Don’t know the cost but their number is 803-732-5607.
