Baked Fish Recipe w/ Lemon and Dill

Last night I whipped up a really simple, really tasty dish and decided to share. I used sheepshead but I’m sure it would work well with any salt water fish:

Just cover filets in:

Olive Oil
lots of lemon juice
Freshly cracked black pepper
dill weed
a dash of basil
garlic
paprika
salt

Then bake those suckers for 15-18 minutes at 400 degrees.
Add a little more lemon juice before serving. Yum.
