Barbecue Snapper

Most people say it sounds strange but take a couple fillets of any type of snapper or any other fish, put a light coating of regular barbeque sauce on it and let it cook for 7 to 8 minutes in tin foil on each side and you got yourself some good eating.

I’ve never tried it, but a charter captain once said he put plain bbq sauce on mahi filets prior to grilling them.
