Driving to Savannah today, I noticed that Barrier Island Marine is now Cove 2 Coast Marine. When did that happen and what is the story? I see they carry a new lineup of boats also, no Pioneer. I need to get out more often.

I work across the street. BI closed in the early summer. At the time it was to move everything to their one store in Beaufort so we were told. C2C opened up late summer. They seem to stay pretty busy.

Cove 2 Coast recently opened up a location right down from my house. They are good people, seem real nice. I have a buddy getting two inboards replaced right now, so time will tell the quality of their work.
