Went to a good pond on a golf course in the Myrtle Beach area. I used a crawfish crank bait and where just killing the bass on it. Caught about 20 from 2-5 pounds also hooked and caught a 30+ pound carp on a different crank bait I had.
Got some nice ones. Those small ponds are fun if you can get access to them. My sister just moved to that area Pawleys island to be exact. She lives near the waccamaw river. Any places you would recommend in the area?
I’m not real sure with the parlayed island area for bass fishing. But I’d say to drive down and fish indago creek golf course there’s a lot of bass in there and there all hitting minnows a little topwater like a frog or popper. Brown crawfish crank baits been working really well in pretty much any pond.
