after not doing so well with the shad i went out for some bass fishing in a pond in my area. of course the small ones came to play, but i also got one just shy of 4lbs and my new personal best a 6lb slob! everything was on a 4" green senko near shoreline cover.

im definitely not the bass expert, but if they were biting by nearshore cover they might at least be getting ready to. aside from 1 hit and miss on a lipless crank, the senko worm caught all of my bass so far this year. with the nasty front that went through my area who knows what will happen with the bite for a bit.
