No site work has been done there, but Cabela’s has a construction trailer on their site next to Costco with Temp service installed.

Looks to me like there’s been a lot of site prep work going on there. I’ve passed by several times over the last month or two.
Hopefully, they don’t follow bass pro’s lead.
