Fished some Friday afternoon, Saturday morning, and Sunday afternoon. I haven’t been on the lake in a while but I figured I’d give it a shot. Saw a good amount of smaller bait on the Lexington side from around shore road to sandy beach. Caught a 18" bass off of a dock and 19.5" bass off a bed. Landed a 26" catfish on a spinnerbait which surprised me. Had a group of striper school up and I hooked one on a plug. Fought for almost 5 minutes on light line and got him at boat and he broke off after I tried to lip him (no net of course). Fiance will finally believe me that I do catch some fish.
