Battery Hook ups

I have a 24 volt trolling motor and my starting battery and I have a live well battery. I want to know is there a way to cut out one of the batteries and hook up a way to charge them through the the running of my motor.

I and dumb when it comes to this kind of stuff. So that Yandina will charge the batteries and allow me to use only two batteries for the motor, trolling motor and live well.
