Pre cooked some Chicken in the oven early A.M.(0500 to be exact:flushed:)(along with four hillshire Hot links) before going in the boat…picked half of it off the bone when done…left the other half as is…( had seasoned with a little season salt,minced onion and pepper ) ,processed some broccoli salad…
got in from the boat threw the pulled chicken,cut up sausage and some juiliane sun dried tomatoes in a pot with the chicken stock from baked chicken…brought to boil,threw in some rice and put a lid on it…popped the remaining chicken n the oven for 10 minutes to reheat…mixed broccoli salad with some cashews,craisens and poppy seed dsg with a tablespoon of vinegar…set aside,steamed some snow peas and voila…20 minute dinner,was really good,but everything tastes good after being in the boat!
