Picked up a 6 pack of the “Name Tag” Lager at TJ’s for Jack as a joke, and the joke was on me 'cause he LIKED it! He said it’s the 5% stuff too - not sure I know what that means since I only consume “blue colas” when it comes to beer. Carl, not sure what you call Miller Lites, but Penny, Donnie and I have called 'em “blue colas” for years now… And, come to think of it, I can’t remember why?

Tried the TJ’s stuff as well as the bargain lager at Whole Foods … I must be too much of a snob. They both taste like your average adjunct-laden pale lager. I’ll give the nod to Whole Foods’ Copper Bell, though. It was slightly better than the Name Tag from TJ’s, but it is more expensive as well - $8 or so for a 12 pack.
