So part one of our kid-free vacation has us down in San Pedro, Belize. We hit a private beach upon our arrival and have seen crocodiles, manatees, iguanas, hermit crabs, barracudas, bone fish, red boobied birds, sea turtles, dolphins, and all kinds of beautiful coral and marine life. We have snorkeled the blue hole and had an awesome adventure while doing so now we just completed our charter with “Uprising Tours” which was what my wife set up for us. I told her I wanted a trip just to catch a lot of fish and size didn’t matter. This setup was just the two of us and nobody else, so private more so to speak. Best fresh meal on the water hands down and the crew were top notch guides. We set out after pick up too catch bait then to the reefs we went to bottom fish. Wifus wasn’t planning on fishing but they persuaded her to do so, man was it a blast. Of course she had 5 break offs which included broken hooks, cut leaders, and cut line, bummer for her but she quickly dialed it in and fish selfies came to life. Heading to the jungle to finish the back half of our adventure tomorrow. Taking it easy in belize-ee!!!
