Thanks for the report, headed down tomorrow am and try it. Hopefully the weather holds out and helps out. I almost hit a whole dam ■■■■■ of turkeys the last time I went. I could have pulled a tail feather off of one of them if I’d have reached out the window.

Shrimped St. Helena Sat. on the incoming tide. Started slow but continued to pick up as the morning went on. Ended with a full cooler of med. to small with a few large. Overall a very good day.

We were down and started about 2pm. Had to move once. Shrimp were on and off. Had to work at them. Stayed until about 8 and pulled poles as it got to rough. We weren’t able to get our normal spot but end up with 2/3 cooler of mixed. Mostly med and large with a few small and a few XL. Fun day on the water.

Back at it today. Full pull yal last 3 he’s of outgoing. Shallow muddy water was key. Almost had to Wade to get last 4 poles out. Wifey was a trooper, threw the 8’ black pearl like a pro. BTW she had to drive home again, thank God no deer.

That’s some good reports, Hawk. I usually do the driving because my wife drinks all of the beer.
