Saltwater Shrimping

Beautiful day on the water. Got set up right before high tide at 11:07. Was heading back to fish and give the bait a soak and saw shrimp jumping behind the boat. Decided to make a run. Poles 1-6 had 0 shrimp. 7-10 covered in them. Shrimped 4 poles for about an hour and a half and ended up with about 1/4 cooler of mixed (lots of smalls) shrimp. Cut off about 1. Went fishing and caught a bunch of smaller black drums and redfish which were all released unharmed of course. Overall great day to be out.

Left shrimp on the poles over at otter around dusk. Numbers better but size still mixed on the small side. Had around half a cooler and regretted it when heading last night. Still better than working. Wish more reports would start coming in. Yall be safe.
