Best bet at low tide this time of year

Heading down this weekend. When there are waves to be ridden, I like to surf at high tide. If I’m planning on fishing around low tide, what’s my best bet this time of year? Not asking for anyone’s spots, just general info.

Surf folly beach on the rising tide if there’s swell. Low tide drop a mullet or mud minnow on a carolina rigg in creeks behind folly. That way its easy and you dont have to go far. Or stay on the beach and dig up some sand fleas.
