Saw post about best sandwich and got me wondering. Where is best “traditional” cheeseburger? Talking meat, cheese, slaw maybe chili with slice of onion and tomato. No fried egg, avocado etc., just your basic cheeseburger.

Reel Wicked-Went to Torres Superette today, was very very mpressed. I will definitely be back. Fritz- reckon it depends, slaw or chili on a traditional cheeseburger is not that unusual.

I can’t give a best place, and I know you said no fried egg, but I want to try someplace that makes one with the fried egg. Runny. Had a friend tell be about getting one like that and he said it was fantastic.

The $5 burger deal at Rutledge Cab is by far the best bang for your buck burger in Charleston. Is only on Mondays though.
