Had to replace a 13" tire for the boat trailer over the weekend. Went to Gerald’s on Dorchester Road (Summerville location), and they took my old tire off and installed a new bias ply radial on the existing rim, out the door, for $46 and change. Just a heads up. Best price I have come across locally.
