Best dry storage place?

I am moving to Charleston and am planning on bringing my 24’ Regulator with me. What are some of the best dry storage place to store your boat that you have had personal experience with. Also, what are the going rates for storage in Charleston?

I think it’s $10 or $11 per foot depending on the contract. There are some incentives and gas is sold to customers at cost.

I’ve been checking around for a dry stack facility for myself. Here’s the prices that I was quoted today…

Bristol $285/month, drive on dock, $12.50/ft wet slip
Dolphin Cove $12/ft seasonal, $11/ft yearly
Rivers Edge $15/ft

that’s all I got so far.

RiversEdge Marina rates run $12-14 per ft in drystack depending on contract with 2 months free right now with an annual. Wet slips run $10-11 per ft.
