Best fishing boots?

I have a pair of browning waterproof hunting boots that I wear fishing on cold days. Well they bit the dust today. Both soles started coming off. I know I can put some shoe goo or something on them to get the sole to stay on but I figure they’re shot as far as being waterproof. Anybody have a good cold weather fishing boot reccomendation? I have good rubber boots for picking up oysters but I want something like the browning boot that hopefully will hold up a little better.

I wear muck boots and they work great

Second the muck boots. Also use these inshore every now and again.

More and more i am starting to fish in tennis shoes so my feet, legs and back dont hurt as much. Got to watch getting them wet but Its better than having to leave early because of pain. Guess i’m just getting older (but i am only 32) and it is probably not going to get better. Supero747, those things may be just what i need! Do they have good support?

IMO they have great support as they are designed as a rugged trail running and hiking shoe. I will say the only draw back Ive found is the aggressive tread. If you ever get into any mud it can make a quick mess of the boat as it tends to stick to the bottom. As long as your aware of it, a quick skinny dip of the sole will get them clean enough.

I wore my muck boots when I went woodcock hunting yesterday and walked for 3 hours straight through the woods along the river and never got uncomfortable.

Muck boots. Got mine online. They are waterproof and warm, I can wear them all day in my boat.

I too have Browning boots, i wear those every day I wear long pants. Had them sincr about mid October and they are about done. Needless to day I will never be wasting 100$ on another pair. I’ll be getting Carhatt boots next.
A ton of people wear duck boots on the water…
