Both artificial and live? Thanks!
REDS:
Crabs work well both live and cut up…just make sure they are male and 5" long. Cut mullet, finger mullet, mud minnows and shrimp. Z-man paddle tails, jerk shad, gulp, a lot of stuff works.
FLOUNDER:
Mud minnows on the bottom, FM, cut mullet, all on bottom. If you are using artificial lures, the ones for the reds work for flounder too. Work it slowly just above the bottom.
But artificial lures don’t work very well in the summer when there is a lot of bait in the water. The other seasons I only use artificials, and catch many fish with them.
“In every species of fish I’ve angled for, it is the ones that have got away that thrill me the most, the ones that keep fresh in my memory. So I say it is good to lose fish. If we didn’t, much of the thrill of angling would be gone.” Ray Bergman
