Nakato over on Sam Rittenburg is really good. get the “no name roll”. We’ve always been pretty impressed also by bushido and miyabi over near 526 and 17.
Not sure of the name but its a little Jap rest in Mt P in the old wallmart shopping center by the dollar store, good stuff give it a try
