Took home 2 15" trout. Filleted um and spread some butter on em and lemon pepper and that was gonna be it then reached into the fridge to grab a beer and saw some leftover mottz cheese. Sprinkled the cheese over the fillets. Made some tinfoil bags tossed em in da bag. Tossed em on the grill and toasted some bread with some mayo. Made a trout sandwich and it was out of this world. Mmmmmmm good
