have a center console and jon boat but caught many more reds,trout,flounder,one 32" striper and even a large bluegill in a small salt water pond i found close to my house in mt.p. funny thing is only thing i catch them with is mud minnows tipped with a piece of shrimp. only catch 2 hrs before low also and shuts off about hour and half after low. i let all fish go,maybe i’m catching the same ones?
