I am unsure whether it is company wide, but the Bi-lo in Moncks Corner and the one in Goose Creek have Boston Butts on sale for $.75 per pound. I will check the one by the house to see if they are the same price this evening. I think they had a special last week and didn’t move as many as they thought they would and are now over stocked.

I like to grind up a butt in my venison instead of using beef fat. Maybe a 50/50 ratio, but I don’t season it. It adds about the right amount of fat.
