Well if you did not know big eye tuna is the best tasting tuna of all the tuna. Got a huge slab from sellsfish seafood last night and ran home and cooked it up right away.

All I did when I got home to prep it was cut it in half. Threw it on a hot grill for 1.5 minutes per side.
Steamed up some Brussels sprouts and cooked som quinoa.
Put some soy sauce and wasabi in a small bowl and right there is top 5 meals of 2013 for sure.

im a LOT busier here than i was in charleston but so far the new home looks great. havent had too much time for inshore in my kayak but goin to the beach with the wife ive been able to take my shark rods even if for only 2 hours or so. havent hunted yet but i wanna go scout a WMA this weekend and find a buck or boar to sling some arrows at. wife wants to go back to charleston to visit some of her work friends so im sure ill be back sometime too. dont have any giant seafood markets here that i know of but the local eateries ive been to are awesome!
