I just got transferred to the keys. If anyone’s ever in the area I’ll be glad to take you fishing. Let me know!
I fish out of Summerland Key. If you need any tips or want to know what is biting on a day to day basis, give me a holler.
I’m looking for some good spots to spearfish. I need to fill my freezer! Any help greatly appreciated.
Lucky you. I’ve been fishing out of BPK since 93’ and love it!!. It’s a haul from here but well worth it when you get there. Enjoy.

I’m going to Keywest in November for a wedding, I’ve been thinking about doing an inshore charter. What is biting that time of the year?

You lucky bastard!. If I was to leave Johns Island it would be for the Keys. Probably Islamorada. The diving is great, as is the fishing. I have found that the locals are also great folks and will direct you to the best local mom/pop eateries around. Try “CityHalll” restaurant. It’s in a strip mall but it has great food!

quote:Diving and fishing great? Compared to what? Are you talking about just underwater sight seeing of coral? That place is pretty overfished.

I came back to SC for the fall for what was suppose to be “for good” but then decided to head back south for the spring and summer seasons. I’ve got a gig with Outward Bound after this but am not ruling out another season down here.
Hey Rap, let us know if you are back down there next Summer and looking for young men to work. My son is dying to spend a Summer working down there.

I live/love Islamorada and my girlfriend works at city hall one of the nicest and best places to eat in my opinion!!! Theres a lot of fish down here by all means but it seems they are a lot harder to catch down here. Leader length, and size is one of the most important things down here I feel personally. And a lot of live baiting is the biggest difference from anywhere else in the world!!! If you haven’t visited here I would recommend it by all means.
