Fished Clarks Hill today,caught 5 stripers and 5 hybrids. Biggest fish was 22lb striper. The rest were 2-6lbs. 8 on planner boards and 2 on downlines. Biggest fish came on boards in 35-45 ft of water. Fished around the Shriver Creek area.
Congrats on the cow! I too like those mid-lake creeks this time of the year when I fish the Hill-- Shirver, Soap, Wells, SC Little River, Hawe. Take your pick!

Thanks Fogman, found out last night a friend landed a 35lb striper early Sat. alittle further up the lake.
That’s a fine one indeed! I’ve got a couple dozen or so 15-29.5 pounds over the past few years. The 22 I have on the wall above me as I type was my first 20+ pounder back in 98. My goal is 30+ before walling another. Every time out, I think that day could be the day!!
