Check out this hawg.
BTW, This was killed just south of hollywood.
That’s a hefty boar. Let us know how it tastes. I’d guess all sausage?
Watch some local doesn’t give you heck for killing their prize breeder!!
Schnikeys! That’s a big hog!
From what I here it was a castrated boar. Tells me it was someones prized pig that got out and just kept growing. Would imagine the meat would be OK because of this.

It’d fit nicely in a ditch.

Yeah, but do you consider a dog to be a filthy animal? I wouldn’t go so far as to call a dog filthy but they’re definitely dirty. But, a dog’s got personality. Personality goes a long way.

I heard that Cordrys (sp?) had some kind of process to take the rank taste/smell of an old boar away???
Personally I’ve never kept a boar over 80-100 lbs.

Yeller onion and burnt motor oil, maybe some dales marinade for good measure.
Carp recipes work well for them as well, especially the 2X4. I prefer pressure treated.
Either way, heck of a bag though. I’d fear not getting the job done on the first shot lol.
