BIg water to the South

I headed to McClellanville for the weekend with a great group of guys. Most of them were shrimping but I chose to chase fish. Friday was a tough day ended up catching a few small slot size reds. I think they stayed up all night eating on thursday with the full moon. I poled around a couple of flats and could see the fish but they werent moving or chasing anything. They were just sunning themselves.

Saturday however was a different ball game. Caught over 50 fish. Once the tide was moving they bit everything. Had a blast and hope to get out there again in the next couple of weeks while the fishing is so good.

That’s a heck of a way to clean a bass! Have had some good days up there myself!
