If you have ever wanted to go to Bimini in your own boat, Im planning a trip the Week of June 23. Still working out the details but there are one to two couples going with us. Staying either at Bimini Sands Resort or The Big Game Club. I have made this trip before and its a lot of fun. We tow to FT Lauderdale, and then make the 40 mile trip to Bimini. You can do your own thing or hang out with us we are a 30 something crowd from Columbia. Scuba, Fishing, or just relaxing is the game plane. The more the better as there is safety with numbers.
What size boat(s) are you talking about? Would a 21’ Carolina Skiff be able to make it?

On a good day, for sure. Just make sure it’s a good day, and remember that you have to get back too. Mid summer is the most reliable time for good weather and calm wind. I’ve taken my 19’ skiff across a few times, it’s less than 50 miles, couple of hours on a calm morning.
