Fished Sunday . 0400 left Ripply Light toward the 226. Found 71 degrees 3 miles inshore of the 226. Thats where we started and never really made it all the way out there to the 226 worked a two mile circle all day long:
Tuna all caught on Yellow and Green Lures
Dolphins all caught on Blue and White Squitches Got to watch one come in and chew on the teaser and then realize there was a bait behind it and snatch and run.
All fish were caught in 72.5-74.2 degree water. Boat ran well. Winter work weekends paid off. Was a bit rough going and coming, hull just ate it up. Sashimi was great and dolphin is being turned into tacos tonight.
good report gordo. what was the fish total?

If there was ever anyone who deserves a great first trip, its you with all the hours of headaches you put into getting that boat. Glad you finally got things together and have your boat!!

“When we going fishing?!”
I got same ride and power-'04 model. It’s a heavy brute in rougher water if you have ever dealt with the lighter boat slamming. Not too fast but enough turning speed to hit a sunfish or politician in the water. Enjoy.
Undoubtedly nice boats.
