We’re going out Tuesday morning to at least knock the cobwebs off the bottom of the boat. Will be fishing the LHM side of the lake. Should be a nice day.
Planning on it. Wife agrees, and the weather forecast looks great. Will post results. Will be working up the lake from Timberlake using live bait.

I’ll most likely be out there.
I’d thought about going Friday, BUT, the ol lady gave me a list of “honey do’s” that’s as long as my arm.
And of course, all of it HAS to be done on Friday. You’d think she would give me a little slack since I’m cleaning the oven today.
I’ve also got a couple of side jobs to do Sat. & Sun.

U know i geuss like i said in another thread, i keep telling myself i am going to fish the big sal every year and never do. I always do what i said i was going to do. Gap and work my way up. What the hell i dont know anything about the bigS but i will give it a try on friday.
Will david have bait at his house fri morning? I have never bought bait from his house, is there water there or do i need to bring my own. I cant go from red bank to lake world just to turn around and run all the way up 378. And you cant count on dooley’s having any.
Is there another bait store that carries herring up 378 if david doesnt have any? Weeds?

I’ve been buying bait from David’s place every time I fish midlake or higher. He has been out of bait twice in the last 2 years when I was there. One of the times everyone was out, lake world had some threadfins. He has three tanks behind his house under a shelter. He has salt and a hose to get water. Catch your own and leave money in the mail box. $5 per dozen for MSC members, $6 for everyone else.
