Black Sea bass season??

After searching for an hour with no definite answer, does anyone actually know when black sea bass closes? Or does it? I have asked two different DNR officers and they didn’t have an answer either. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

As far as I am tracking it does not close.

It closes when the ACL is met.
