I don’t think that I have caught a black seabass in the last 6 years that was worth my time and energy to fillet and cook.

Last trip offshore caught some absolute pigs…, biggest must have been 5 to 6 pounds.

Caught at least 10 that were at least 3 or 4 pounds… Def worth filleting. Oh yeah only fished for a half day
