Per 32Gnu except I had scaled the BB. Cooked on a pizza cooking pan(holes in the pan) and used olive oil and Zatarans Cajun Seasoning. Y’all made a mistake teaching me how to post pictures…that’s all my fresh fish so your safe for a while:
They can have the stinkiest guts sometimes but hard to beat that white flaky meat.
