What your favorite way to prepare Blackfin tuna? Caught it and cleaned it yesterday. Last night I ate it raw with soy sauce. Tonight I ate some raw with some soy sauce and marinated some in soy & fresh ginger then rolled it in sesame seed and quick seered in on the grill. The raw tasted the best by far but the seered was pretty good also. What else do you got? What is the longest you have waited after cathcing/cleaning to eat it raw?
grill it like a steak and make sure it is cooked on the raw side
