anyone have any good blackfin recipes?

This aint seaworld this is as real as it gets

cooked some last week (fresh). . . i know this is basic, but it was good!

cleaned and dried fish, put olive oil, fresh ground black pepper and sea salt, and some lemon zest over the fillets in a bowl and mixed together. grilled the fillets on medium heat for about two minutes on each side and they were done (i like mine cooked on the outside with a little pink in the middle.
