That is probably the coldest and muddiest part of the lake right now. I would fish somewhere below the mudline (dreher) But with warm weather coming this weekend I guess it might be the first to warm up. My theory is that the fish will move down to the deeper/warmer waters. I will test that theory on Friday. I asked a guy I work with that drove across 391, he said they were very muddy. He said the big looked like it had a strong current flowing. Not sure if that is from the wind or the amount of water flowing in and out of the lake.

Be prepared to possibly make a run down lake to get out of the chocolate milk colored water. Water started looking pretty good around Billy Dreher last Saturday. Cold muddy water can be tough. With these past few very cold nights the water temp has dropped a good bit.
