Blackstone grills

Is it all the rave? Should i convert? Had a charbroil from lowes 20 years. Am i missing out?

Their whole schtick is it’s a griddle, easy to clean and cooks fast/even. If you’ve somehow been missing out on hash browns, pancakes and bacon at the same time, or you want to frequently make smash burgers for 20… maybe it’s worth the squeeze. They do a good job keeping up with a tailgating or camping crowd, I’ll give ‘em that

Got a buddy who jokes they don’t let you buy one unless you’re a good two fiddy plus

i ended up selling mine and went back to regular grill. mine didn’t get hot enough in my opinion. it wasn’t a blackstone it was another brand but still $300 grill.

I love my Blackstone!
It’s the right tool for the job in some cases.
Doesn’t mean I’m getting rid of any of my grills, smokers, fryers or other cook gear.

My sister swears that they only use their Blackstone now. She doesn’t know how I live without one. I have a Weber grill. I took one side of the grates out and bought a griddle made specifically for my grill. I can’t imagine a Blackstone does anything my Weber with a griddle doesn’t, but she says her Blackstone is better. Whatever. I need less stuff to take care of.
